Prayer Needs
Africa:
Pray for Dr. & Mrs. Solomon Aryeetey who are on a support
raising trip to the USA. Pray for safety for theim on the roads.
Thank God for the churches, organizations, individuals and all
others who are already on baord supporting this work in Africa
and pray for new ones. Continue to ask God to strengthen and bless them as they sacrifically give to this cause. Also continue to ask the Lord for more partners in this area. Whilst you are at it, please find out from the Lord how You should be a part of this fruitful ministry. You can pray, give to send a missionary, do both or support a project. Whatever your decision just go to "How to Give"
Togo:
The chiefs of the people of Walele and Napimbo in Togo have given their hearts to the Lrod. Pray that our missionaries at post will do a good job at discipling these key leaders with so much influence in these and surrounding villages. Ask the Lord to give us Temberma, a Kokomba village in Togo. This village is particularly difficult as idolatry has stron roots there.
Benin.
Praise God with them for successfully hosted a medical and summer outreach team for about 10 days.
Ghana:
Continue to pray for the health of Fred Dimado. He has
been suffering from Migraine and recently typhoid. Thank God for
the successful hosting o 7 Summer Teams out of 9 . Pray for the other 2 who are yet to make it to Ghana in October.
Mali:
Praise the LORD for what Pioneers-Mali's radio program is accomplishing.
Some souls have come to the saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus
Christ openly in the areas. Pray for more and abiding fruit
as a result of the impact of these, and the needed funds for staying
on the local FM Radio Station.
Gabon:
Thank God for the various partnerships with the churches. Pray
that as a result of this many churches will be planted among the
unreached. As they trust the Lord to bring alongside them faithful brethren who will choose to serve God as Board Members for that ministry, please pray with them.
Guinea:Pray
for political & social peace in the nation, pray for the team
leader as they lead the Pioneers team in creating ministry: Pray
for various resources: human, financial and logistics: Pray for
the safety and well being of the team: Pray for new coverts as
they endure persecution. Praise the Lord for the near calm that returned to the country.
Burkina-Faso:
Pray for divine wisdom for the team as they work with the churches
to plant mission minded churches in remote Burkina - Faso: Good
health and divine protection for the workers: Pray for more workers
and financial provision. In April this year, the resident team launched an outreach amongst the Fulani and Fulfulde people of Tibou in the North. Pray that souls will be discipled for the Lord who will live to disciple their own.
Cote d'Ivoire:
Cote Dl'voire has not been at peace for sometime now. They rebels
are still controlling the northern half of the country: Pray that
God will unite the country: The UN has extended Gbagbo's reign,
Pray that elections will be held soon and the country will be
properly and totally turn into a democratic rule.
Nigeria: Is till laboring at sending a couple to a country in North Africa this year. Prayer is going on and poeple are beginning to give towards this end. Praise the Lord!
